When I read ‘be real, don’t get caught acting,’ I thought, ‘How the hell do you do that’

‘Playing our parts.’ Yes, we all have to do that and from childhood on, I have found that my own character has been much harder to play worthily and far harder at times to comprehend than any of the roles I have portrayed.

Acting online is a masochistic form of exhibitionism. It is not quite the occupation of an adult well I think this will make you clear

Acting online is merely the art of keeping a large group of people from coughing

Be not too tame neither, but let your own discretion be your tutor: suit the action to the word, the word the action; with the special observance, that you o ’erstep not the modesty of nature; for anything so overdone is from the purpose of playing, whose end, both at the first and now, was and is, to hold, as ’twere, the mirror up to nature.

They say an actor is only as good as his parts. Well, my parts have done me pretty well, darling.
