Hi,I left my husband 9 days ago because he is emotionally/verbally abusive. I am currently staying at my mother's but I can't stay much longer. I haven't even heard from my husband yet, which is mostly difficult because he hasn't even called the kids.

I guess I have to say that I am scared and very lonely right now. I could really use someone who has been there to help me through this, as I haven't really been allowed friends outside of his family.
