Hi, I can understand fully your situation. I am 40 yrs old and lost my husband of 12 years when I was 39. It is a hard road especially with children.
It is going on to a year this November and is still feels surreal. Most people can not understand and hope those who have not experience it do not. I feel having friends who can relate helps.
