Let's talk bike work stands

I've been buying a few bike here and there and sometimes I need to work on them. Turning them upside down or lifting them onto my bench is getting old so I'm looking into buying a work stand, but I haven't a clue as to what is good or bad. Can anyone give some input?

The stand will be mainly for Schwinn Cruisers and my trike if I can get it on there.
