Is it fair to not be held responsible for something if you are the type of person who can't deal with responsibility and has to push it on other people? If so, would that person be capable of committing to a relationship on an honest and respectful level?

explain yourself more. well it was your responsibility and you passed it on to someone else. although its still part of your responsibility and you need to be in charged of who you passed it onto. say you need to know this person that you passed it on to can do that something.

No. Responsibility is a HUGE part of, as you say, "committing to a relationship on an honest and respectful level". Without it, you are missing a major component of a healthy relationship. And no, it is not fair, or right, to not be held responsible for something just because you're the type of person that can't deal with it. That's like walking into a store and thinking you shouldn't have to pay for anything because you're the kind of person who doesn't feel like you should have to pay for things.
