Why want he kiss me

When me and my best guy friend hooked up it was great. we went out fo 3 months and then broke up.The thing is we never even kissed once. And now me and him are back together. And he still hasn't kissed me.could it be the he never kissed a girl before. or should i stop waiting and make the first move?
