how do u know when a girl wants to be kisseD?,

i was just sitting here and it hit me, on valentines day or however u spell it i gave the girl i like roses and a bear and a crystal rose, im not sure if she wanted to kiss me or what but everyone around me was like u dumb Sh it why didnt u kiss her she wanted u, anyways after i gave her the stuff i sat down and a few mintues later she got up walked behind me whispered in my ear she said thank you, like sexually, and i turned my head and said no prob and her face was like 1 cm from mine and i stared into her eyes for like 3 seconds nothing happend i didnt know if she wanted to kiss or not what should i have done i cant sleep now.i got to thinkin of this haha
