What is the best way to regain self confidence after having failed attempting sparking up a conversation with a girl?

I suggest you keep trying to spark up a converstation with as many girls as you can, until you succeed. its a building process. I have experience of it and all those years than when i was your age. same shiit.different year thats all. i am thankful for rejection its one less step to success!
